To enjoy your journey on HEGOBUS

At the stop : Get to your stop a few minutes before your bus arrives.
Stops are made on request: signal to the driver to indicate you want to get on at this stop.

You must use the door at the front to get on a HEGOBUS bus.

Get on the bus, validate and show your ticket whenever you make a connection. If you already have a ticket, present it whenever you get on the bus. If you don’t have one, buy one from the driver. Your ticket is valid for one hour after validation.

Please have the correct change.

To get off the bus : Indicate to the driver that you wish to get off at least 100 metres before the stop, by pressing the "STOP" button near the doors. Use the rear door to get off the bus.

Smoking, vaping, drinking alcohol and being in a state of drunkenness is forbidden on board the vehicles, at the bus stops and at the Rest Stop.

Eating or drinking on board the vehicles is forbidden (crisps, sandwiches or other food or drink which may dirty or damage the vehicles).

If you are standing, hold on to the bars to avoid falling if the bus brakes suddenly. Take good care of the facilities.

Pushchairs : for the safety of your child, please fold up your pushchair or stroller and hold your child in your arms. At busy times, and for your child’s safety, the transport of pushchairs may be limited or refused.

Animals : only guide dogs for the blind and small animals are allowed on the bus (transport is free). Small animals must be in closed carrying baskets.

Bulky items and dangerous or flammable products are not allowed on board the vehicles.
